servizzGO.com operates strictly as a technology venue connecting independent service seekers and providers. servizzGO is not an employer, contractor, insurer, or supervisor of service providers. By using this platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the liability limits outlined below.
1 Marketplace Venue & Independent Contractors
servizzGO.com ("servizzGO", "Platform", "we", "us") provides a software solution that pairs clients ("Clients") with independent service professionals ("Providers"). Providers are third-party independent contractors and are not employees, workers, partners, joint venturers, or agents of servizzGO. servizzGO does not perform cleaning, gardening, or maintenance services, nor do we control the manner, means, timing, or quality of the services rendered by Providers.
2 Verification Practices & Disclaimers
servizzGO takes commercially reasonable steps to verify Providers during onboarding, which may include government identity checks, documentation review, and automated screening ("Verification"). However:
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: Verification procedures reflect information provided to us at a single point in time and do not guarantee the current legal status, criminal background, trustworthiness, or future conduct of any Provider.
- No Endorsement: The completion of Verification does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or warranty by servizzGO regarding a Provider’s character or fitness for any task.
- Client Due Diligence: Clients remain solely responsible for taking reasonable precautions when granting a Provider access to their premises or property.
3 Limitation of Liability: Theft, Property Damage & Injury
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, servizzGO, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising directly or indirectly out of services arranged through the Platform, including but not limited to:
Theft & Misappropriation
Loss, theft, or conversion of personal belongings, cash, jewelry, electronics, or intellectual property.
Property Damage
Accidental, negligent, or intentional damage to physical structures, furniture, appliances, or landscapes.
Personal Injury & Safety
Bodily injury, illness, physical altercations, or emotional distress suffered by Clients, Providers, or third parties.
Subpar Work & No-Shows
Incomplete jobs, inadequate service quality, delays, missed appointments, or off-platform disputes.
Clients agree to seek recourse for any damages or losses exclusively from the responsible Provider or their personal insurance policies.
4 User Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that booking or performing home and commercial maintenance involves inherent risks (including admitting unfamiliar individuals into your home or working in private residences). You freely and voluntarily assume all risks associated with your interactions with other platform users, whether online or offline.
5 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless servizzGO, its parent company, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or any actions/omissions occurring during a booked service appointment.
6 Payments, Cancellations & Off-Platform Offenses
- Stripe Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Platform fees are strictly non-refundable once a service has commenced.
- Cancellation Terms: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before job kickoff may incur a fee paid to the assigned Provider.
- Non-Circumvention: Soliciting or accepting payments outside the Platform for matches introduced by servizzGO voids all platform protections and constitutes grounds for immediate account banning.
